I have emailed for a quote which they
replied within a few hours with the best quote I received compared to others,
Kelvin picked up my car on the agreed date/time and great communicates through
out. Done the work real quick and they even fixed a lot of bits instead of
replacing them to save my money!! Payment was easily made through the phone and
they dropped my car off within the day. The collect and drop off service was
just fantastic for me as an office worker. Totally recommend this company any
one who needs any body work repairs for their cars!

The work was done to an extremely high standard within one week of my initial

Excellent VW/Audi specialist. Fair prices on
parts and labour - I know, as my ageing car is a regular visitor (Not due to
repeated failures I might add). If you just want a wheel alignment or MOT, you
will probably find cheaper, but that's not what this place is for. This is a
professional auto workshop, and bodyshop. As a bonus, they offer to pick you up
and drop you off (probably within a certain radius) while your car is being
worked on.

My Mercedes-Benz CLS has just been delivered after repair by Smart - excellent service, fast quality job done, it's less than two years old and now back to showroom condition after a minor mishap (or so I thought!). Numerous new parts ordered and fitted and to my amazement they even ordered a replacement front plate from the original supplying dealer! With so many less than good "restorers" out there, its great to find one that not only turns out superb work but who can be trusted to do it right. Smart Touch have been looking after the bodywork issues on various of my BMWs, Mercedes-Benzs, VWs and, more recently. my 1960 Austin Cambridge. Whenever I call to ask Steve the "Can you do this" or. "Can you do that" type questions, the answer was always "YES".
